What to Expect When Collaborating with Us
As we work with you to frame and then execute activities in the planning stage, our role changes. We initially operate as an adviser to review your existing infrastructure and design the strategy with you, then transition to the role of interim Chief Growth Officer to execute your plan. Finally, we take on the role of mentor to educate, align and empower your team, so you can maintain your strategy and efforts going forward. Our job is not done until we know that the new business development plan is working.

Leadership
Sloan Growth Strategies was created by Alice Sloan, MBA, to fill a gap in the global marketplace for small and mid-sized companies.
Over her career, Alice has lived in five countries including her native UK, along with Canada, France, The Netherlands and the U.S., during which she developed new business for product and professional service companies in over sixteen countries; predominantly in Europe and North America.
This experience provides Alice with a unique cultural perspective and understanding of the challenges companies face when expanding globally and into the U.S. market.
Alice has been involved in the Boston, MA ecosystem for over twenty years and worked with a significant number of start-ups, investors, small, mid-sized and large companies with matrix and linear organizational structures, in both the private sector and government. Her roles have all been focused on business growth across multiple industry sectors, primarily in professional and financial services, technology, consumer and industrial products, healthcare and life sciences. Frequently, she has built the business development function from the ground up, as the first fully dedicated person in a business development role.
